Great job, missy! My only critique for this chapter is that it ended a little abruptly. I’d like to see a transition towards the next chapter, or a more evident indication that the chapter ended. Like, perhaps, try to bring her back to the present, when she is drinking her coffee in the morning. Just an idea. ;)

Damn, that’s one very difficult situation. I can’t say I can relate 100%, but somehow I think I know how it’d feel. I think this happens a lot more often than what most people want to admit.
